Years ago, my long-time interest in health conflicted with the stress-related illnesses I endured while climbing the corporate ladder — a conflict that ultimately led me to Chinese medicine.
I was always sick— IBS, PMS and other disease acronyms dominated my life. Finding solace from stress and illness in acupuncture, my health was changed so dramatically that I realized my true calling was to help others deal with stress related illnesses like it had helped me. I pursued studying Chinese medicine and my passion for helping others with their health was revealed.
My specialities include women’s health, digestive disorders, stress and anxiety, and allergies.
Mission, Passion, Values
My mission is to educate and inspire others to achieve optimal health through simple, natural solutions designed to prevent illness. I am dedicated to wellness and I strive to put the “care” back in healthcare and help change the system from “sick care” to self-care.
I have many passions, but my biggest are learning and educating. I am addicted to learning and am always researching, taking a new class or pursuing personal development so I can share that knowledge to help others. My top values are authenticity, integrity and honesty. I value contribution and connection with people— I love making a difference. And of course, I love nature and the outdoors—nature is the ultimate healer.

The Real Me
As a proud 7th generation Californian, I have a soulful connection to the mountains. When I’m not helping people, I spend my free time hiking, biking, doing photography and seeking new adventures in the outdoors. I have been called “The Pine Cone Whisperer.” Yes, I love hugging trees, especially Giant Sequoias and all varieties of pine.
